United Telecom was first company to obtain A ISRL from the DTI which enabled them to break the duopoly of Bt and Mercury and quickly build the largest pre paid operator in the Uk. Sold to ACC telecom where he become Sales Director and soon after ACC sold to ATAT .
He then founded First National Telecom and secured funding from various VC funds and private investors including Tom Singh from New look. This grew quickly to £ 80m revenue company and was sold to Interoute where he took up position of CEO. Company quickly grew to £500m operating in 14 countries in Europe and USA. Secured over 500 interconnects with all major PTT operators globally Company was sold to Sandoz a Large Swiss bank and family office
Albert Then founded as sole shareholder First National Pre paid services and quickly built £ 80 M in revenue in Uk and Ireland and had a successful exit to Wavecrest Telecom
Albert then became CEO and Chairman of RTX and successfully raised funding and credit lines of over £100m growing revenue to over £150 and picking up two Sunday Times Fast track awards and a Deloitte fasting growing company award amongst others.

Experience in all aspects of Finance, with particular strengths in Operational Leadership, driving Transformation and Outsourcing and introducing strong Financial Planning & Control. Experience in both leading blue chip organizations and SMEs.

He strongly believes that the effective and streamlined use of SaaS across marketing, finance, sales, HR, and communications can accelerate a company’s path to success.
Rob advocates for a transparent approach, where everyone in the organisation, not just the board or senior leadership, understands the company’s direction.
His experience serving on corporate and charity boards as a chair, director, non-executive, and trustee has provided him with knowledge of corporate governance and how to optimise communication between executive and non-executive teams.
